Chowan Metal Recycling isn’t your average metal scrap yard. I’m Rachel Johnson—owner, operator, and the face you’ll see out in the yard. I started this business back in 2012 to give people in Edenton a better place to bring their metal. As a former transcriptionist and full-time mom, I had no experience in scrap—just a solid work ethic and the guts to build something real.
